Music And Arts - I cancelled the order

First i called the customer service rep n tried to cancel our order. She didnt have us on file yet but the school already had the instrument. But she gaurantees me it will be taken care of. 2 months later im being charged for this instrument. I call again i talk to another rep. He tells me he cancels the file and no worries its all taken care of. So i wait 3-5 business days and no refund i call back yet again and the 3rd rep says 45 days for a refund.. Really lady? Thats BULL

Music And Arts - Never Received Instrument

I did a rental agreement online, for a trumpet and they said it was delivered on October 24, by the educational rep, nor the school or teacher has yet to receive this instrument. I’ve contacted Music & Arts on More than one occasion and they are still giving me the same ole story over and over. They can’t tell me where the instrument is, whom the rep delivered to or anything of that nature. It’s Noveme 8 and my child is still in class with no instrument.
