I had to pay a deposit for my son to rent a saxophone. I returned the instrument over a month ago and I have still not received the deposit.
I called customer service, but they said they don't handle return deposits. They also told me they can't contact the people that do, which was extremely convenient for them. I am basically out $546.
I will never use there service again and I will push for my district to use another company next year. It took 5 seconds for them to take the money and over a month I still haven't got it back.
