I greatly regret doing business with this company. As per tge school I got a bell kit for my 4th grade daughter.

The bell kit was bought on a trial basic with an option to rent to own. I got the instrument through the waterford ct store. The sales associate was a friendly guy. The guy explained the trial period details and gave a bill which included loss or damage charges which the sales associate mentioned is a mandatory policy.

I agreed to their policy. After the trial period I went to the store to actually renew the policy to rent to own. It was the worst decision I made. For the bell kit which cost below $180 online I had to pay $430.

The sales guy informed that I can get a $44 monthly deductible plan. The least I knew about their fraudulent payment plan and the hidden cost. The monthly statements I received only showed a total monthly premium amount with any other description. As per the contract which started in March my monthly deductible of $44 should have ended by jan .But the amount was deducted from my bank account in Feb upon which I contacted the customer service call center because the store did not have my contract details with them.

To my disappoint the customer service person told me that I have 2 more months of payment left. Upon questioning found out about that they have been charging me $9.00 extra for the loss and damage which I was not aware of till then. When I mentioned that it was not mentioned in my contract the customer service lady told me that there is an option to purchase the Loss damage warranty LDW. Iam attaching the contract details below that shows that I have not checked off on it.

When I told the lady that my contract shows that I have not opted for it the lady asked me to email the copy of the contract to her to issue a ticket to management. She told me that she will get back to me in a week. But never received any response. I contacted the call center again to follow and spoke to a different person who didn't help me at all.

She kept on saying that the LDW was deducted bcoz I singed the contract. Because she was not helpfull and our conversation was getting no where I asked het to connect me to a supervisor. The lady hung up on me saying I dint let her finish her sentence. The person was so rude inspite of me being patient after going through a terrible experience and losing my money.

I hope the management will hire more responsible people to resolve customers issue.

Hoping to get the refund of around $100 that was unethically deducted from me. Beware people.

Requesting that they be audited by reporting them to DUA/DIA will activate an investigation as to how they are paying employees and violating 1099 verses a W-2. A great way to let them know they can't get away with everything and need to do clean business practices which includes, and most of all, good customer service.
