Music And Arts - Wrong on so many Levels
There is so much wrong with this company. The customer service is horrible and rude just like many others have said.
I'm trying to figure all of this out. I'm a customer; I pay. You're an employee, you get paid but you're being rude to me. Their system is ALWAYS down, not to mention it's old and dated.
They don't have an online system where you can go paperless and make payments to your account. This is 2018; it IS necessary. They are also constantly trying to overcharge you and then have the nerve to get defensive when you address it. I was so fed up dealing with the lack of professionalism and poor system that I just returned the instrument.
It was that bad. I have better things to do than sit on hold all day with this *** company.
